It’s as easy as entering your information in the checkout.
No, we don’t. We will never store any of your credit card information on file, including the number. You can pay for your order with your PayPal account or pay via credit card with PayPal without creating an account with them.
We have carefully selected the best smoothie blenders on the web. Rest assured that all of our blenders pack a punch and will be a great addition to your smoothie challenge.
Your Green Smoothie Challenge Tools order is sent tracked to your door. You can find the tracking number in the email we sent to you at the time of shipping.
Orders may take up to 50 days to arrive.
If you entered the wrong address in the checkout, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We can change the address for you only within those 12 hours, after that you order will already be on the way and we cannot change it.
Moved house? If you want to update your address, go to the My Account page to update your information.
We send all orders with tracking. Check your inbox for our shipping confirmation email, which contains your tracking number.
Can’t find your email? It might have gone to your spam or junk folder. Take a look there before you email us.
All the countries we ship to can me found in the checkout. Go to the billing or shipping area and select the country list which will show all the countries we can deliver too.
We ship from different warehouses and therefore if you ordered more than one item, it may come in more than one parcel. Tracking information will be emailed to you for all items.
You can return a purchase up to 14 days or the order arriving. Please check our returns policy for full details.
For any returns please contact us first so that we can send you a returns form with a shipping label.
While we don’t have pre-orders we can notify you via email if any product is out of stock. Please enter your email on the product page.
